This design keeps the essence of Power-Girl, and gets rid of the stupid "boob-window" and smartly substitutes it with an empty Superman shield, indicating she once was the Superman protegee, but now has evolved.
Also, the more muscular shape gives sense to the "Power" part of her name.
And the white pants make her more majestic.
